1,Sun Lak metal factory established in 2002, a branch of Standard Industrial manufacture Co., Ltd(HK base). We have employee more than 500, the factory area more than 500 squares. In 2006 we passed the quality system certificate of TUV. ISO 9001:2000 and TS16949:2002.
2,Our factory specially in producing sheet metal, precise stamping part, and forming, we provide the mould design and produce, processing and maching, welding and assembly, and also the surface treatment.
3,We bring in the advanced production machine such as AMADA punching, digital punching (NCT), laser cutting, digital bending, Swiss CHARMILLES wire cutting machine, and weldding machine, and precise inspection instrument such as 2D CMM and 3D CMM.
4,Our current processing products include: printing device for Japan, metal parts of automobile, iron/zinc mailbox for America, wall mounting for LCD, motor housing for Denmark customer, ATM drawing machine and etc.
5,There are high experience engineering team and advanced processing skills, in order to make sure the stability function and quality.
